Chainfree Bristol is a non profit organization that is a grass roots effort to encourage  an understanding by our citizenry that chaining a backyard dog for it's entire life is inhumane and unneccesary.

Who We Are

We are caring pet owners and animal lovers.

We are neighbors and property owners that want to claim our rights of peaceful enjoyment of our properties.

We are parents who worry about the safety of our children who might wonder into the space of an overly agressive chained-way-too-long dog.

We are citizens of Bristol who think the sight of these sad backyard dogs living (and dying) in their circle of dirt is not acceptable.

We are taxpayers. We are the majority and we VOTE!
