Mar/April NEWS!

Bandit and Buddy Get New Fenced Enclosure!

Number Eight and Nine!

On Saturday, April 9th, Chainfree Bristol completed a new chainlink fenced enclosure for Buddy and Bandit. Buddy and Bandit are the eighth and ninth dogs to receive a free fenced enclosure from Chainfree Bristol!

Buddy is a  5 1/2 year old Golden Retriever and Bandit is a black Lab mix that is around 6 1/2 years old.

In about 3 hours, Chainfree Bristol Volunteers installed the chainlink enclosure, an additional doghouse, and clean, dry straw.

Buddy and Bandit would like to thank Chainfree Bristol Volunteers: Liza, Les, Eden, Pete, Jenni, Anita, Helene, Shea, and Diane.

Also, special thanks to financial contributors this month: Pamela, Lois, Pete, and Charles.

Realty Executives Bristol, Coldwell Banker Security and Big Orange Realty, all from Bristol, have started initiatives in their offices to collect used ink and toner cartridges that will be donated to Chainfree Bristol.  Chainfree Bristol recycles them for funds for fence building.

If you know an organization willing to donate their ink or toner cartidges to Chainfree Bristol please contact chainfreebristol.org

And Here is

Number Ten!

Crush is tri-colored Beagle that was rescued from a too-small 10'x10' kennel (that he shared with two other dogs). Crush lived at an adjacent property to one of Chainfree Bristol's fence building events.  Chainfree Bristol's Les Lyons re-homed this dog (with the owner's permission, of course) to a roomy home in the country. Thanks, Les, for giving us NUMBER 10!
